About My Clients

I primarily see clients seeking health in these areas: spiritual trauma, deconstruction, anxiety, creativity/performance, relationship problems, inner critic, self-compassion, depression, marital crisis or pre-marital work, life change, self-actualization work, and enjoy processing through the lens of the Enneagram (I do not offer typing/testing services).

My Background and Approach

I have been in private practice for over five years now. More than any theoretical approach, I believe humans at their core are resilient, and intuitive beings that internally know what they need to be and feel healthy. I also believe we live in a world that makes a lot of noise and often its hard to find our core, hear its needs, and allow our bodies to do what they need to for healing and health. I work hard to create space for us to restore that connection with our inner core and learn how to listen and engage with that space. From there, I believe our bodies can lead us forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that you, as you are have insurmountable worth and value. I also believe life is hard. Many of us experience loss, pain, fear, hurt, and shame in our lives that often lead us to question our value and worth. I believe therapy is most healing when it is simply a safe space for us to slowly process and heal through acknowledging and validating our experiences/feelings and offer patience and kindness to ourselves along the way. ***I do offer HIPPA compliant Video Sessions for those concerned about COVID-19.
