About My Clients
Do you ever wonder what prevents us from being our most genuine, authentic selves? Whether it is our past that haunts us, lingering self-doubt, relationship problems, addiction, depression, anxiety, or trauma, we are all worthy of extra support to discover a healthier, better version of ourselves. I work with adults and children who are struggling to manage life's challenges and who are looking to thrive in a world that constantly feels like it is keeping its best parts out of their reach.
My Background and Approach
I am an EMDR-trained psychotherapist who operates from an Existential/Humanistic perspective. Always keeping a trauma-informed lens at-the-ready, my hope is that our work together exposes how experiences and systems form a view of our identities that feel limiting and hopeless. The Existential component of my orientation focuses on how we make meaning in our lives, freedom, and empowerment to embrace the most authentic versions of ourselves amidst our healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I operate from a worldview that builds on the goodness of inclusivity and acceptance. My clients know that I accept them for who they are and that my goal is for the positive and healing energy we share in session to become viral.
