I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, helping clients with anxiety, depression, stress, school issues, behavioral issues, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, identity, sexual orientation, gender identity, trauma, grief, dissociation, and religious trauma.
My Background and Approach
I use client-centered, trauma-informed, attachment, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Internal Family Systems approaches combined with expressive arts and somatic interventions.
