About My Clients
I have extensive experience with counseling individuals affected by diagnoses, such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Autism focusing on coping techniques and psycho-educational needs in my treatment approach. Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people need a little help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. My Background and Approach
I utilize EMDR and DBT techniques with a focus on self-care and mindfulness to encourage healing; culminating a collaborative, holistic therapeutic approach in working with individuals to thrive throughout their journey. As a parent of a child affected by Autism, I provide Parent/Caregiver mental health therapy and parent coaching support, providing guidance in creating an emotionally balanced home and daily life plan. It is my mission to provide support to individuals facing various life struggles and guide towards experiencing trauma healing. Many people experience trauma, anxiety and/or depression at varying points in their life journeys.
