About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Over my 17 year career as a Therapist I have gained extensive experience with Trauma informed Care approaches, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, boundaries, co-dependency, infidelity, separation/divorce, Substance Use Disorders treatment & education, addicted family interventions and domestic violence education. I will provide you with meaningful, insightful exercises that pose introspective questions that only you can answer. We will explore your answers together as I teach you to apply the tools you learn to daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a human being first, a Therapist second. I have overcame many obstacles. As a child I faced poverty, lack of education, childhood abuse, abandonment & rejection issues, toxic favoritism within my family and teen age parenthood. Overcoming these obstacles enable me to help empower, inspire and motivate clients to overcome and be more of their ideal selves. Throughout my journey of self-discovery I had gentle guidance from Counselors and Therapist along the way. I believe in the inherent goodness of all people and I help people, in and out of Therapy to reach their wellness goals.
