Denija works with adults experiencing Workplace Trauma, Grief and Loss, Adjustment Disorders, and Adaptation to Caregiver Roles in an increasingly demanding world.
My Background and Approach
Denija is Quadrilingual, Trauma Informed, Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and has been providing counseling services to Survivors of Trauma for about 9 years now. Denija is trained in several modalities, including Trauma Therapies, EMDR, Grief & Loss, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPT, and more. Denija obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology and Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. Denija uses eclectic therapeutic approach and works with adult clients ages 18 and up.
