DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) by Marsha Linehan. I'm informed by the work of Carl Jung, William James, Alan Watts, Robert Bly, Peter Kingsley and anyone else willing to harmonize the rational and irrational aspects of human experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe your skin color, your gender, and who you have sex with are the least interesting facts about you. I prefer the sort of religion that does not require faith. but affords all the benefits of fellowship and mystical experiences along with all the benefits of evidence-based practices like meditation and psychotherapy. I believe we are all like lenses... carefully designed tools to gather, magnify, and shine light. What is the light? You tell me.
