My Background and Approach
Denise has worked in the medical field for many years holding a strong understanding of anatomy and science education. I carry a variety of populations & ages. Some areas exhibit childhood trauma,medical trauma,including attachment issues . I have worked with domestic violence, anger management groups grief, anxiety and autism. Ive done some research on mirror cells and feel the whole brain approach is relevant in therapy. I have also worked with couples and families including parenting . I find joy working with elderly and developmentally delayed. I believe in a holistic approach including mindfulness and searching for your inner child to find what your happiness looks like. I look forward to creating a unique treatment plan for you specific to your individual needs. It will be a privileged journey to join you. You have all the tools you need to heal and thrive.
