About My Clients
¡Hola! I am Denisse, and it is my belief that the future of psychotherapy is reconnecting to sacred, psychedelic medicine and to the natural healing intelligence that we each carry within. The frequencies of my approach are holistic, non-pathologizing, culturally affirming, and centered on generational healing, remembrance of ancestral roots, and spiritual transcendence.
My Background and Approach
My offerings are designed to assist you in building an understanding of the innate wisdom being communicated by your symptomology. Rather than fighting against them, I guide my clients to lean into them and hone in on the teachings and lessons brought forth from them using experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based and trauma informed interventions. With this approach, we will engage in experiential activities to further facilitate self love, understanding, clarity, and deep trust during our sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Ultimately, it is my belief that our symptomology carries wisdom by which we can learn from if we tend to it in a loving way, and the more that we avoid it, the more that we lose out on the teachings and lessons that they bring forth.
