I assist clients in exploring their cultural heritage, addressing racial discrimination or biases, and building a positive and confident sense of self. My approach is rooted in fostering cultural awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of one's identity within a diverse society.

My expertise includes addressing issues related to masculinity, mental health, relationships, and personal development. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for men to explore and navigate these topics, helping them lead more fulfilling lives.

With a focus on burnout, I help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and physically drained due to prolonged stress, work-related pressures, or life demands. My expertise involves developing personalized strategies to manage stress, restore work-life balance, and promote overall well-being. I guide clients in regaining their energy and enthusiasm for life.

As a mental health professional, certified yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner. I work collaboratively with clients to cultivate mindfulness to manage stress, anxiety, and depression effectively. I firmly believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and its capacity to enhance overall well-being.

The stories we tell and believe to be true have the capacity to occupy conscious space before we begin our healing journey. Narrative therapy fosters a relationship that empowers clients to name the problem, deconstruct narratives, re-author new narratives, and identify coping strategies to regulate their emotions.
