Do you feel like no one around you understands you the way you'd like to be understood? Do you feel like you're dealing with things that could be easier with a better sense of clarity? Sometimes our ability cope with stress, anxiety, depression, or malaise is tested to its limits, I'd like to be here for you so you don't have to go through this alone. My Background and Approach
I LISTEN. I understand and acknowledge that every person is different is deserves individualized/personalized care. I'm comfortable using many approaches to therapy, but my main goal is to learn and understand you with the intent of forming a healthy therapeutic relationship. From there, we can figure out what you need and what works best for "You". I specialize in anxiety and trauma utilizing an eclectic approach fitted specifically to each individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that accountability, humility, and self-awareness all have their place in life at one juncture or another. I'm familiar with navigating complex social dynamics, interpersonal interactions/relationships, racial injustices/inequalities, and how they seem to intersect more often than we're aware of.
