About My Clients
I help people who suffer with self-hate, anxiety, and depression. Many of us carry feelings of unworthiness and shame. I can help you reduce and eliminate these feelings. Many of us have difficulties in relationships such as finding one, keeping one, or setting healthy boundaries. Navigating life is much easier with a therapist or coach. My Background and Approach
I am a psychotherapist and a Life Coach. I have a Masters in Public Health (behavior change) and more recently, a Masters in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. While I have my own practice, I am being supervised by Thomas Lucking, PhD. My approach is person-centered: you are the expert on you. I also use CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, Mindfulness, and Spirituality. Together we will create goals for therapy and check in regularly on your progress. For Couples: I specialize in helping couples improve communication, increase trust, heal from infidelity and refresh their romance. I have taught Couples Communication for several years and I have seen it benefit many couples. I can give you tools to reconnect and resolve your issues.
