About My Clients
I am passionate about working with individuals navigating significant life transitions that can bring up worry, uncertainty, and sadness. With experience treating a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship and intimacy issues, and attachment deficits, I take a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. As a therapist certified in perinatal mental health, much of my work is around helping those navigating infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum phase.

I am passionate about helping clients live more authentic, balanced, and value-driven lives. Marriage, pregnancy, and parenthood can bring up a mix of emotions that can be overwhelming and unsettling. Taking the first step in reaching out for help is one of the bravest things you can do, and it's wonderful that you're here. In our work, we’ll focus on relationship patterns, communication and attachment styles, and cycles that may be keeping you stuck, adding new skills and tools as we go. We’ll work to foster insight, awareness, and healing at the pace that feels right for you, while building self-compassion and self-acceptance. You are not alone, and with help, you will feel well. I am here to help you find your way through. My goal is to guide you in providing comfort and healing to the parts of you that are struggling, and to assist in reacquainting you with the parts of yourself you most value.

I believe that true meaning in life comes from living authentically. I am eager to help you articulate your needs and stand by your side as you move in the direction of what matters most to you, while reducing the grip of what may be holding you back.
