About My Clients
If you’re in a place of transition; experiencing anxiety, grief or depression, I want to connect with you. I provide an accepting, warm and nurturing environment where you can comfortably express your feelings. I believe that no emotion is wrong, and there are healthy ways to process them. Let’s work to identify what is holding you back from the life you desire. My ideal client wants to work towards feeling present and safe in each moment in order to enjoy a more authentic, vibrant life.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience supporting people who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed to re engage with their sense of purpose and live happier, more fulfilling lives. have a Masters degree in Psychology Clinical Counseling as well as a Certificate in Healthcare Administration and Management from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. I also have a Bachelors of Science degree in Pre-Medicine from Roosevelt University concentrating on Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. My academic background, scientific training and professional experience have equipped me with a range of skills and knowledge that I have subsequently integrated into my therapeutic practice. Although the approach varies depending on the client, my objective remains the same: to empower those I work with to live fuller lives enriched with meaning and purpose. The most rewarding aspect of my work is seeing the transformative power of sessions unfold, knowing that a long-term difference has been achieved.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is short and it should not be spent in suffering. My purpose is to provide the tools that make life’s inevitable challenges manageable so that it can be fully experienced and enjoyed. I was called to this work because I believe that everyone deserves to experience life to the fullest extent. After all, navigating our ups and downs is where we find life’s meaning. That doesn’t mean we have to do it alone.
