My Background and Approach
I have successfully helped people reduce anxiety and depression that has only partially been helped through therapy by adding psychiatric medication that is targeted to treat worry, panic, OCD, depression and bipolar symptoms. I have advanced training in using research-based medication approaches to make a specific plan for your particular symptoms.

If you want to know more about the medications you are taking or are uncertain if medication is right for you, I will help you understand your options. Please visit my website and complete the Patient Inquiry Form. We will respond in 1-2 days. Please include your insurance name and member ID so we can do a benefits check for you. We take Added Choice, Aetna, BCBS, First Choice, Moda, Pacific Source and Providence. We also bill UHC out-of-network. We do not take OHP or Medicare.
