My Background and Approach
All of our therapists are licensed professionals that specialize in at least one of the following modalities: trauma informed care, CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, MB-CBT, positive psychology interventions or strength based therapy.

Our group of caring professionals specializes in the treatment of anxiety, trauma processing, emotion management, work related issues, grief/loss, child related concerns, self esteem, caregiver stress, PTSD, postpartum depression and adjustments issues.
