My Background and Approach
My perspective is from an eclectic Cognitive Behavior Model, combined with Solution Focused Therapy, ACT and ABA that recognize the multiple aspects and levels within the human experience with the goal of individualization or wholeness.. My perspective holds that unresolved issues create thought, belief, behavior, and life patterns that negatively impact the present. My work supports the client in discovering the root of those issues and leads towards the experience better quality of life they see for themselves.
