About My Clients
My clients are high achieving, open-minded people aiming to expand their sense of self and their consciousness (either with or without psychedelics). Many of the people who are working with me find themselves wanting heal on a deeper level and are ready to let go of their old ways of being but need guidance and directions toward their most true and authentic self. I also work with people seeking ways to access their desires, and find their passion again (both sexually and generally).
My Background and Approach
After graduating with a Masters in Education in Counseling and Masters of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College in New York City, I began working in out-patient community mental health and later, foster care services as a lead therapist. After about three years of community based practice, I moved to Colorado where I joined two group practices and eventually developed my own practice in 2018. Now, almost 3 years later, I am expanding my practice to include two fabulous counselors who can support the community in unique ways that I do. My approach to counseling is simple; I show up authentically with presence, listen, learn, and grow with clients and meet clients where they are at. I believe we are all on this path of growth, learning, healing and expanding, whether we like it or not. My role is to hold space as you move through life and offer a safe and caring place for you in the process.
