About My Clients
I have the honor of working with individuals that believe life can feel better than it feels right now. My clients are here to understand and work with their emotions , to create a life story that makes them proud, and to work past the things that make them feel insecure, depressed, anxious and stuck. My clients come from very diverse ages and backgrounds, from exhausted parents to burnout physicians, and they share a willingness to achieve life satisfaction through emotional growth.
My Background and Approach
Through my masters and PhD studies, years of practice, and research efforts, I have dedicated my energy and time to learn, develop and study effective new approaches to the issues that keeps us stuck in anxiety, depression, fear and suffering. One of my main areas of expertise is working with pregnant and new parents to help them flourish with their babies. I am also a dedicated wellness and success consultant for a renowned school of graduate medical education. My current research has resulted in an innovative approach that combines ancient wisdom and leading edge practices to help my clients work with, not against, their emotions. My goal is clear, to help you live a meaningful and gratifying life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we have the deep knowledge and understanding to overcome our obstacles. I believe depression, anxiety, anger issues and other problems that make us feel stuck are messages that require us to listen. They call for our self-compassionate attention instead of ignore, deny or fight them away. I believe our emotions are our natural guiding system, and using them will help us navigate successfully through life. My clients are amazed at how simple and fast it seems to work once we tap into our own wisdom.
