Workplace stressors can have a direct impact on family and relationships. I work with employees to explore sources of workplace stress, and develop treatment approaches to increase workplace wellness and productivity.

I work with children, adolescents, and families to identify behavioral disturbances involving the child. From there, a treatment plan is created with treatment goals and modalities to meet the individual need of the client.

Stress can have dramatic impacts on our overall physical and mental health. I work with clients to identify core sources of stress and ways to elevate stress to restore to optimal functioning.

Mindfulness is an evidence based therapy approach that is helpful to clients to reduce overall stress, and anxiety. It consists of such treatment as guided imagery, deep breathing, and yoga.

Life Coaching can be extremely helpful to individuals that may be dealing with specific stressors in their personal life or workplace. The goal of coaching would be to identify the primary sources of stress and use appropriate therapy modalities to reduce the stressors.

Play Therapy is an evidence based treatment modality that centers on child centered play therapy, art, music and sand tray. The concept behind play therapy is that children heal through their own play. Themes of play are identified in the therapy session and processed.
