About My Clients
I offer individual, family, and group therapy services. I understand that many of you may have limited availability, potential health risks, and or are otherwise unable to do in-person appointments. All of my services can be accessed online via teletherapy (or online therapy) through a HIPAA compliant server. I also provide in person appointments, I do my best to accommodate your needs.
My Background and Approach
I provide fully confidential psychotherapy sessions designed to help people overcome a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational issues. I strive to create a safe space for you to overcome, rediscover, and thrive. I specialize in attachment based, psychodynamic, EMDR and mindfulness practices. It is my objective to help you uncover your true potential by equipping you with the necessary tools to help you overcome obstacles in your life. I have an eclectic approach towards therapy and tailor my interventions accordingly to your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong belief that healing starts from within and encompasses the mind, body and soul. I helped many patients overcome depression, anxiety and find a peace of mind amidst a storm of stress and confusion. I provide a judgment free zone, where you can completely be yourself without fear. It is this transparency and our collaborative work together that will help you work through your problems without guilt or shame. My approach to therapy is one of creativity, compassion, accountability and empowerment. It is important that you know you don't have to be alone on this journey.
