About My Clients
I know what it's like to be so busy going through life feeling isolated, with no one to trust with your struggles, traumas, stressors, etc. You may even be looking for purpose in the midst of overwhelm, stress and even complete burn out. I know that between work-life, home-life, parenting, relationships, side business, etc., etc., life can get rough and you're only one person. I've been there before and that's why my goal is to support you in creating and re-establishing balance in your life.
My Background and Approach
I provide person-centered psychotherapy combined with the solution-focused approach & professional coaching for all those seeking work-life balance. I am an OD Psychologist who is also a licensed therapist in CA and OH. Additional licensing/certification are in Chemical Dependency Counseling, Transformational Coaching and Social Skills Training.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that a more harmonious life exists...seriously and realistically - right here on earth. It's just very difficult to do if we think we can gain this on our own - I know first hand that to try is to waste a lot of time. We are all imperfect humans trying to get it right, feel right, and/or live right. What I've learned and truly believe is that we've been misinformed. Seeking help from one another shows strength, tenacity and the secret to it all. I believe that if you're willing to put in the work, raise your threshold for growth, and practice self-compassion throughout it all, there is nothing or no one who can stop you from getting to the otherside of whatever has been in your way I have your back and am here to walk alongside you throughout your journey.
