I treat all forms of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Grief/loss and many other issues. I am trained in EMDR and Couples therapy processing. If you suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or a repeating of old patterns, then EMDR could work for you. My Background and Approach
I specialize in EMDR, I offer state of the art, technology to aid in the delivery of EMDR Therapy. If you suffer for any form of trauma or have trouble falling or staying asleep, guilt, shame and regret, anxiety or depression. If you suffer from low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeating old patterns, then EMDR could work for you. Clients that have been in therapy for years using other modalities are often surprised at how quickly they can drop their emotional baggage and create the life they want. I also offer CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Anger Management Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I believe that we can learn to change negative self-defeating thinking and replace it with loving self-affirming positive thoughts. I believe that Stopping addictive behavior is possible with support and love.
