About My Clients
I am a therapist who works together with adults towards regaining balance in their lives after experiencing stress, trauma, depression or anxiety. I work towards resolving challenging life events, upsetting memories, decreased interest and avoidance of things you used to enjoy, or if you feel cautious in situations that are familiar to you. You may have wanted to talk with someone about these events, and discuss solutions that you have in mind while gaining new insights into your own abilities.
My Background and Approach
I have experience as a fully licensed therapy helping adults, families, college students, mental health workers, teenagers, military members and veterans with a variety of challenges. I am currently undergoing a doctoral program in clinical social work at UPenn. I specialize in working with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, or stress management. For trauma, I utilize an intervention called Cognitive Processing Therapy. For other conditions, I will use a blend of effective measures such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I'm see clients in person or telehealth, typically Monday to Friday during evenings (every other Friday 9am-6pm) or Saturday mornings.
