My Background and Approach
I practice Holistic Psychology and am passionate about making science, wellness, and psychology accessible. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and strengths-based. By integrating mindfulness, neuroscience, and evidence-based wellness approaches, it enables my clients to cultivate the best version of themselves. My approach is grounded in scientifically-backed methods with specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve worked with creatives, professionals, CEOs, college students, and entrepreneurs. I work best with people who take an active role in their own growth and fulfillment. I am a caring, curious, warm, and interactive therapist who is highly motivated to help you transform your life and meet your needs. I believe that everyone is capable of thriving, and I have an inherent ability to see the good in everyone. With me, you'll strike a balance between serious work and moments of laughter, and you'll start to notice changes in your mood from our very first session. When I'm not in the office, I facilitate meditation and mindfulness workshops in schools, clinics, and the community. On nice days, you can find me at various parks throughout Manhattan, enjoying the natural beauty, reading a good book, or petting other people's dogs.
