Utilizing a variety of evidenced-based practices, I will help you change these behavioral patterns and achieve your life worth living goals.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment to individuals with anxiety and depression in addition to emotion dysregulation problems. Rather than just listening and supporting you, together we will take an active stance at identifying and changing unhelpful behavioral patterns in your life. Treatment is often time-limited, meaning a set number of sessions is often enough to significantly reduce your anxiety, depression, low self-worth, etc. In addition to 1:1 therapy, I also offer group therapy in my practice including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Process Groups and more. Group therapy can be a wonderful addition to individual therapy or powerful on its own.
