My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everybody messes up sometimes, but I turned my struggles into a passion for mental health. My own battles with ADHD and anxiety motivated me to make a difference. I didn't have the tools growing up, but now I use my personal experiences and certification to help others navigate their own challenges.
