About My Clients
My clients are those seeking therapy for coping skills, processing life events, improving relationships, and learning about themselves. I enjoy working with adult individuals, especially those with personality and thought disorders, OCD, and other anxiety-related disorders. I also enjoy working with families on navigating family conflict and communication, as well as partners managing relational issues. I can provide services in English and Hebrew.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. I have worked with adults, couples, and families of different ages and backgrounds and have experience working in treatment centers, schools, closed and out-patient facilities. My approach is through use of radical genuineness, humor, and empathy to find the patterns in your life that are no longer helping and develop skills that meet your needs and values. I hope to move you towards your goals using my experience in behavioral methods (DBT, CBT, ACT), or join you on the long path towards insight and individual growth. I believe that everyone has the potential for change and everyone deserves to be heard.

Therapy is the joining of two minds, in a nonjudgmental accepting space, working towards the values/goals of one to reach their life best lived. I look forward to meeting you and welcome the opportunity to provide therapy in a safe and supportive environment.
