About My Clients
I have dedicated my career to working with new parents, young women, and adolescents to cultivate and enhance secure attachment relationships and emotional well-being. I work from a relational, systemic framework, so when I work with adolescents, I don't work with them individually. Their attachment relationship with their parents are a true source of change and healing.
My Background and Approach
I have published articles on the importance of fostering a secure attachment to decrease the risk for depression, suicide ideation, and anxiety in adolescents. In addition, I offer skilled, compassionate treatment for a wide range of issues particular to women such as postpartum depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life after breakups. I pride myself on having advanced training in perinatal mental health, as well as providing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster change and bring about healing through relationships. I am truly passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be authentic, grow, heal, and become the best version of yourself in order to get the best out of your relationships.
