About My Clients
No one seeks therapy for the same reason. I do not know your story or why you are seeking, but I know it is not easy. Should you choose to work with me, my hope for you in our work together would be that you would find freedom from whatever binds you--whatever keeps you from joy, from peace, from living as fully as you have within you to live.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in relational psychotherapy, informed by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. Growing awareness of how you relate to yourself and to others in your life, how you process your thoughts and emotions and how your life stories shape you will be essential to our work and will help us move toward what you are seeking. As we work together, I provide a supportive, confidential space for you to practice relating to yourself and others in ways that are healing and transformative, space for you to ask the questions you have been needing to ask, and space for you to connect with and enjoy your authentic self.
