About My Clients
I work with young adults (21+) through seniors to navigate and recreate the story we see in our head. I specialize in addiction, life transition, relationship counseling, and other areas of life that become difficult to maneuver through.
My Background and Approach
I am primarily a behavioral therapist who believes we can change our lives if we change our thoughts. I believe in teaching as well as reflecting and empowering people to consider alternative narratives to the story that is no longer working. We will determine a plan that is personal to you so we can focus on building skills and techniques to keep you motivated for the next steps in your path. I have had the pleasure of working with various communities such as domestic violence offenders, substance use groups, and the homeless population as well as highly professionals who struggle just the same.
