I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, trained beyond my Master's degree with an additional 2 years of supervision and 150 hours of play-therapy specific training. Play is the language of children, and play therapy is clinically evidenced to help children to express emotions and improve their mental health.

I was trained by ACBS in Dublin, Ireland at their world conference in 2019. ACT allows you to unhook from negative thinking cycles and truly engage in practicing the art of letting go of what you cannot control. Through specific and evidence based interventions, you will identify and practice a better life.

I am a registered play therapy supervisor, with specialized training in treating children and adolescents through the language of play. Yes, this can be done via telehealth! I will provide a packet to children under 12 with resources to utilize during sessions. For adolescents, I provide specific skills training and creative therapies to aid in regulation of emotion.

I am trained at level 2 in the Gottman Method, often considered the "Gold Standard" for Couples Therapy. The Gottman Method is based in many years of research and practice, with skills building as a specific focus for couples to ease conflict, repair damage, and renew their relationships and connections.

This type of therapy is designed with a busy, short term client in mind. This method allows us to focus on the skills you already have rather than developing a whole new set- and empowers you to incorporate these skills most effectively NOW. Most clients who choose this modality complete it within 4-6 sessions.
