About My Clients
I work closely with parents and families; offering parenting strategies, and ongoing parenting support to assist in developing more advanced parenting skills. I can assist individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in repeating negative patterns.
My Background and Approach
Some of my specialties include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral health, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and addictions. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I seek to be compassionate and empathic, and bring my authentic self to therapy. My clients come to me because they enjoy the deep sense of trust, safety and mutual respect that I create.
