About My Clients
Growth is not linear; we are all emotional beings that are affected by everything around us. My treatment experiences include working with adults, teenagers, and couples. Supporting clients through relationship stress, work related stress, moments of anxiety or depression has been a passion of mine. Life's challenges do not have to be faced alone. My goal is to create a space where clients can be their true self with no judgments or interferences.
My Background and Approach
My training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an approach that has provided me with an understanding of how our emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and environment affect our growth. I use this method as a foundation to build a therapeutic experience for my clients. I offer you a safe space where we can reframe thoughts, explore behaviors and create a healing environment together.
