About My Clients
Do you find your self over thinking often? Or just feel like you are in the same loop over and over again and can't get out? I know how you are feeling and I want to help you work through that and be able to take your life back. When working with me, I will provide a warm, nonjudgemental and opened environment so we can help decrease these symptoms you are experiencing.
My Background and Approach
I currently use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, client center focused and mindfulness. My goal by using these techniques, is to help you get additional tools that you can utilize outside of session and start to be able to work through the stressors you are experiencing in and outside of our sessions. I also use them to help build your confidence in yourself and help find your strengths.
