About My Clients

As a resilient survivor of trauma, I am passionate about serving children, teens, adults, & their families to promote healing from physical, emotional, sexual, intergenerational, & racial traumas. With 17 years serving populations with neuro-diverse challenges, mental health needs, & marginalized communities with complex trauma, I am dedicated to empowering others to access their most authentic selves and journeying alongside people as they create a purposeful life that is meaningful for them.

My Background and Approach

I have 17 years serving youth and families, 14 years providing direct service to individuals with special needs (e.g., Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Intellectual Disability, ADHD) and mental health struggles (e.g., Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD), and 5 years of experience working with marginalized communities with complex trauma (e.g., racial, poverty, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma, oppression through immigration policies, incarceration, homelessness, grief/loss). Additionally, I have experience supporting clients in navigating their gender identity and sexual orientation so that they are empowered to show up unapologetically as they are. Lastly, I love working with couples, parents, and families as I believe in creating change by looking at generational patterns and helping people to build their dreamed legacy in their family trees.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In the words of Mother Theresa, “Spread love wherever you go”. Love is a core value that I live by every day. I find joy in being interconnected in my various roles as a wife, mother of 2 pre-teens, eldest sister, PTA President, community leader, collectivist healer, and activist for social justice issues. I identify as a proud Filipina-American, bisexual cisgender female (pronouns: she/her), and devout woman of God. Being raised by parents and grandparents who immigrated from the Philippines, she has lived through the hustle of her family members relentlessly fighting for the American Dream. As a resilient survivor of decades of physical, emotional, and sexual trauma from childhood to early adulthood, I have become a bold advocate to address these issues that impact many people across diverse populations. I embody such gratitude in my lived experiences as it has led me to my purpose in helping others heal. It would be an honor to serve you on your path towards healing and empowerment.
