About My Clients
Typically my clients come to me to explore and process previous negative or traumatic experiences that are currently impacting their lives and ability to thrive. My clients often discover that their struggles with depression, anxiety, relationships, mood, and fears are rooted in past traumatic experiences. Once clients are able to reprocess these experiences is when transformation, healing, and growth begins!
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents and adults of all backgrounds in their therapeutic journey. I use various evidence-based interventions to guide your process of growth and healing. My focus is supporting clients in healing traumas; meaning difficult experiences that have caused pain and disconnection. All individuals heal differently. I believe in your ability to transform and grow. I provide an empathetic, intuitive approach to explore what works best for you. We will tailor your therapeutic experience to meet your unique needs each session.
