About My Clients
I work with couples and individuals 18 years and up. You (or you and your partner) may be struggling with life circumstances or feelings that are overwhelming and negatively overshadow your day to day experience. In the therapeutic relationship, we will look at both the source and history of the issue with which you struggle, as well as broaden patterns of thinking and use tools to help you heal.
My Background and Approach
Our goal will be to help you develop a sense of peace and well-being. My training has been in depth psychology, with a focus on psychodynamic, development and attachment theory. I am also trained to help those who have lost a loved one to a traumatic death. I have worked extensively with individuals and couples in the tech industry, with parents, new mothers, and artists as a therapist for over a decade.
