I specialize in chronic illness, geriatric needs, grief and loss. My goal is to provide a soothing and empowering presence for those experiencing a variety of unique challenges and life transitions. I strive to assist clients in creating healthy relationships, setting boundaries, and exploring new ways of relating to oneself and others. I strive to provide a supportive, empathic and non-judgmental approach with clients to ensure that above all, they feel seen and heard.
My Background and Approach
I completed her Bachelors of Social Work at Central Michigan University and her Masters at Loyola University Chicago. I draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions including psychodynamic, distress tolerance, crisis management and solution-focused brief therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity for change, growth, and healing. That each journey is individualized and not linear. Together, we can create positive change and improve quality of life.
