About My Clients
My usual clients are teens and adults from all walks of life and I also specialize in talking to Healthcare workers. I have been counseling in a variety of settings for about 15 years. With me as your counselor, you will get a regular everyday guy to talk to. While every person is different, my therapy methods can usually help people to see good improvements in the areas of Depression and Work stress in as little as 6 weeks.
My Background and Approach
I do not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all in therapy, my approach is client-centered. I get a deep understanding of my patients and personalize my approach with each one. Together we will work to gain insights into your problems, learn ways to de-stress, and find ways to communicate your needs to the people in your life.
