I have a passion for working with teens, adults, and families. I have in-depth experience and expertise in relationship dynamics, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, self-esteem issues, emotional/mental concerns, and more.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to not only create a safe and warm environment but to guide my clients into the process of healing and gaining back their power and sense of self. I utilize many therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, relationship skills, family systems, and many other approaches specific to my client's needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the power of healing allows us to be our authentic self. Many of our traumatic or intense life experiences can alter how we view ourselves and the world as well as cause pain and suffering.
