About My Clients
I specialize in working with successful and ambitious adults whose lives look like they are "supposed to" yet they continue to feel empty. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or create problems in your relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties anxiety, depression, substance use, disordered & emotional eating. I use an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities as each client’s needs will be different but we work together to create a plan that suits you. I offer individual & couples counseling.
