About My Clients
My clients are diverse, coming from a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives. They often grapple with unresolved trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, and/or medical issues negatively contributing to mental health status. My clients are searching for greater purpose and meaning in life and are interested in learning mindfulness-based strategies to help them on their path to healing.
My Background and Approach
My background and approach is rooted in mindfulness. In addition to my Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, I also hold certifications in expressive and creative arts, reiki, sound healing, and a 200 hr YTT. I view every client as a whole, worthy individual and tailor my approach to your unique needs. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and breathwork into my sessions when appropriate. Together we will explore and rewire your subconscious limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. My goal for you is to rediscover your inner strength, rewrite old narratives no longer serving you, and begin healing those deeper core wounds. I believe we all have the ability to heal with the right support and tools in place.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that everyone has the capacity to change their life and find healing. I have dealt with an array of medical issues throughout my life that have significantly impacted my mental health. Through the use of holistic, mindfulness-based modalities, I have found a level of healing I wasn't sure I could ever achieve. I am committed to helping others find this same sense of peace as well. I am an ally and advocate for those who have ever felt less than and not seen/heard in this society. I believe our differences are what makes us so unique and interesting and should be something to celebrate!
