I use Narrative Therapy as a way for you to take power over your story and feel you have the control in moving forward. I specifically find the strengths focus in Narrative techniques to be powerful and restorative for my clients.
CBT is the foundation of many other therapeutic methods. Often times it can be helpful to recognize our thought patterns and identify how those can effect our behaviors.
