About My Clients
My clients are unique in most everything they do however you might be feeling overwhelmed or stressed out and need a good sounding board. I am non judgemental and almost as non traditional as they come when it comes to therapists. Sometimes my interventions seem a little quirky but I am more concerned with identifying what works for you specifically, not what the research says will work for you.
My Background and Approach
I have 18 years experience in social services and 4 years in community mental health. This experience has afforded me The opportunity to meet and engage many people from varying backgrounds. I enjoying hearing about others experiences in their culture and working with clients to make meaning and find acceptance within themselves.
