My clients are men and women who want to overcome difficulties with panic attacks, social anxiety, PTSD, and depression.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is to first learn about your needs and goals so we can together decide on the best form of treatment for you. I integrate several models of therapy - Cognitive-Behavioral, Insight oriented, family systems, EMDR - in a manner that is effective for you. I am a psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, and I am certified in nutritional medicine for mental health.
