I believe that lasting psychological change arises from two main components: awareness and choice. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, memories, or a mix of it all, you have probably noticed that it can feel difficult to keep going. I will help you decide how to create change in your life and find the will to make it happen.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic. I use an integrative approach and draw from Internal-Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, CBT and mindfulness. I tailor my interventions to help you uncover the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs that have not been met, and choose the path to wholeness in your life.
