My Background and Approach
Our sessions together will be individualized to what you need at this moment in your life. Moment by moment you will discover ways to relieve yourself from your painful experiences and find true freedom from within yourself and transform your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (under supervision of Catalina Prebisch, LPC-S). I received my undergraduate degree from McNeese State University in Psychology and my graduate degree from Sam Houston State University for Clinical Psychology. I have experience providing individual, adolescent, adult, and group therapy. I have worked with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, social skills, relationship issues, and more. Think of me as your guide through this journey of life.
