My Background and Approach
My personal approach is simple: Work collaboratively to provide professional expertise while being authentic and creating a comfortable environment for you or your family to progress. I will move at your pace to go the extra mile together. In our treatment, you'll find yourself supported by the most updated research-based approaches within an authentic and relaxed environment. You'll find our sessions to be very casual, but still educational and progressive. It is my job to make sure that you feel comfortable in session so you can progress, and I take pride in working with you to develop such a dynamic. I will implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Techniques to help you conquer your challenges. These approaches are all person-centered approaches aimed to reformat the areas of your life that you are struggling with and aligning them with your skills and goals. You'll find these to fit into your life and our discussions in treatment

I believe that every person is capable of evolving every day. It is important for us all to implement small, incremental changes on a daily basis in order to achieve our goals. I went into this field to help people understand the blocks that they are facing to make this progress so that they can begin their therapeutic journey. Hopefully within a few months, you'll find relief in knowing how much progress you've made in treatment.
