About My Clients
My mission is to provide high-quality emotionally-centered therapeutic services delivered with respect and compassion. As a woman of color, I am intentional about recognizing the overlap of our various social identities and the various circumstances present in daily living. I hope to serve BIPOC communities and aim to provide culturally-attuned therapy services.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic framework is guided by Emotionally-Centered techniques, Acceptance and Commitment techniques, and Family Systems. The Aliento Program at Pepperdine University opened my perspective and definition of healing and with collaborative efforts, I work with my client(s) to ensure we remain intentional of the goals.
